Responsibilities
Team Introduction The Agency Partnerships Team is responsible for implementing innovative ways to improve partnerships with media agencies, identifying sales opportunities and achieving performance and branded advertisement sales targets according to sales strategies. The Agency team is also responsible for planning and providing education, training and engagement programs for agencies to grow advertisement businesses in collaboration with Brand Partnerships Manager, Client Solutions Manager and cross-functional teams. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities - Assist Agency Partners to drive and deliver projects with media agencies - Design and build presentations to support TikTok's commercial narratives - Drive marketing projects across agencies in collaboration with Agency Partners - Support Agency Team in monitoring Agency Business day to day - Drive product updates with cross-functional and CSM teams - Support Agency team driving insights updates with marketing science & vertical teams
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification - Currently enrolled in a master's degree (Management, Marketing, Communication or related degree) - Must be available for a 6-month internship - Must complete the internship in Paris, including in-office attendance. - Project management experience and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate, innovate and implement ideas. - Demonstrated interest in digital - Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills, ideally additional design skills - Fluency in both French & English is required in order to communicate with stakeholders
