About the team: TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Participate in the creation and optimization of AIGC image-based content for TikTok Shop, with a focus on European markets (mainly Germany, France, Spain, and Italy). Content formats include creative shoppable image posts, contextual visual content, and supporting copywriting. 2. Based on brand and product information, write and optimize prompts for AIGC-generated images and copy, while controlling style and quality to ensure high standards in realism, aesthetics, consistency, and alignment with the product. 3. Demonstrate an understanding of European markets, e-commerce and product selection. Be able to identify key selling points and consumer usage scenarios across different product categories, and create image-based content concepts with both strong engagement and conversion potential. 4. Explore and develop effective approaches and methodologies for AIGC image content on content-driven platforms. Review and summarize high-performing AIGC content based on business goals, creating reusable case studies and best practices. 5. Participate in content quality review and evaluation, including AIGC-generated content, agency-produced content, and merchant-side image content. Assess whether content is suitable for the platform and target market from the perspectives of visual quality, messaging, user experience, platform governance, and market awareness 6. Help establish reusable evaluation criteria and optimization recommendations for different content types, driving overall improvements in image content quality and conversion performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Currently in your final year pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above. - Available to start immediately till the end of the year - Has previous experience working in e-commerce or supporting brands in managing their e-commerce channels, or has a strong understanding of e-commerce content, brand communication, and consumer psychology. - Proficient and professional in using AIGC tools, with a strong interest in AIGC image generation and content creation. Experience using at least 1–2 mainstream AIGC tools is required (e.g. Midjourney, Nano Banana, DALL·E, etc.). - Strong judgment in the aesthetics, style, and communication of image-based content. Beyond simply deciding whether something “looks good,” you should be able to evaluate whether content is engaging, natural, trustworthy, suitable for the platform, easy for users to understand, and capable of driving purchase intent. You should also be able to distinguish content preferences across different markets, especially European markets, and have a basic understanding of the difference between “overly commercial” and “authentic” content. - Strong learning ability and execution skills, with the ability to quickly adjust prompts or content direction based on feedback.
