Responsibilities
TikTok LIVE - Regional Operations (Japan) is dedicated to empowering a safe, authentic, and inclusive live streaming environment. Responsibilities You will support the BD & Marketing team in daily operations and project execution, including: 1. BD & Marketing Operations Support - Assist in push notification and banner setup, including coordination with internal teams (e.g. PGC-related workflows) - Maintain and update internal tracking sheets and operational data - Support preparation of internal and external materials such as reports, recaps, and presentations 2. Partnership & Communication Support - Support communication with external partners (e.g. agencies, creators, production companies) - Assist in maintaining and updating partner/target lists - Help with meeting notes, follow-ups, and coordination tasks 3. Campaign & Event Support - Assist in the execution of online and offline campaigns and events - Support participant management, attendance tracking, and logistics coordination - Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth project delivery 4. Market Research & Analysis - Conduct research on competitors and industry trends in the Japan market - Compile findings and support strategy planning - Provide basic analysis on campaigns and market data 5. Data & Reporting Support - Assist with data tracking and performance monitoring - Support KPI tracking and post-campaign reporting
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree - Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English - Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility - Good organizational and communication skills - Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications - Previous internship experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Operations - Interest in the content, entertainment, or live streaming industry - Familiarity with TikTok or other social media platforms - Experience in data analysis, research, or event coordination - Duration: Minimum 3 months preferred - Availability: At least 3 days per week preferred If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@tiktok.com
