Responsibilities
The Scaled Growth Team is a strategic engine within TikTok, focused on driving global new client acquisition through high-impact agency partnerships. The team plays a critical role in building and enriching a high-quality client pipeline, working closely with direct sales to support sustainable, long-term growth. By identifying scalable opportunities and unlocking new markets, the team accelerates business expansion while ensuring consistent, high-quality client engagement. As an Agency Partner Manager (APM) for TikTok's Thailand Scaled Growth Agency Management team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with mid-size agencies and independent partners to drive significant ad revenue growth, protect existing revenue streams, and accelerate adoption of key marketing products. You will serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners, blending strategic relationship management with data-driven execution to help both TikTok and its partners achieve ambitious growth targets. Success in this role comes from a deep understanding of agency client portfolios and business goals, creating movement through onboarding new clients into the TikTok ecosystem and upselling existing ones through incremental budgets or deeper product adoption. APMs manage multiple workstreams across stakeholders, using data and insights to identify opportunities, track progress, and maintain momentum in a highly cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Development - Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, serving as their primary TikTok contact and strategic advisor - Develop comprehensive partnership plans aligned with agency business objectives and TikTok's strategic goals - Conduct regular meetings with agency points of contact, including in-person engagements when appropriate (meals, lunch & learns, events, meetings) - Understand historical agency performance and progress, setting clear goals for partnership advancement Revenue Growth & Business Development - Drive new revenue acquisition through systematic agency pipeline building and conversion - Execute targeted reactivation sprints to bring back high-value dormant advertisers - Protect and expand existing revenue through account expansion, frequency management, and budget optimization - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within agency client portfolios Product Adoption & Enablement - Drive adoption of key MBO products including Branded Mission, Branded Buzz, Branded Effect, and Consideration Ads - Implement structured training and certification programs to accelerate agency capabilities - Lead enablement programs for Live GMV Max adoption with key creators and MCNs - Utilize case studies and benchmark data to demonstrate product value and lower adoption barriers Data Analysis & Performance Management - Formulate comprehensive sales plans based on complex data analysis - Track QTD progress against targets and required run-rates through weekly performance reviews - Monitor MBO product adoption and address execution hurdles - Use historical performance data to build data-driven narratives that justify increased investment Cross-functional Collaboration - Work within matrix organizations to win support from key internal cross-functional stakeholders - Partner with Agency Acquisition Team to build pipeline of high-potential independent agencies - Collaborate with Product Marketing to create incentives for agency adoption targets - Provide creative workshops and measurement consultations to prove ROI and prevent churn
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 5 years of experience in leading businesses or accounts within media agencies or large advertisers - 5 years experience in ad-tech sales, digital media planning, or strategy roles - Proven sales success in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environments - Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms, ad-tech ecosystem, and ad measurement metrics for branding and performance - Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets - Strong analytical skills to formulate comprehensive sales plans based on complex data - Excellent verbal and written English proficiency Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge in digital performance marketing and/or ecommerce media - Experience working with cross-functional teams - Ability to translate technical or complicated ideas into ordinary and simple terms and stories - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Experience in verticals with high growth potential: Fashion, F&B, Travel, and Finance
