Within this organization, the Core Ads team focuses on developing scalable, high-impact products that help advertisers unlock the full business value of TikTok and their broader paid media investments. We partner cross-functionally across engineering, data science, design, and global business teams to drive performance and innovation across an ads platform used by millions of advertisers worldwide. The Core Ads product team is looking for a new intern to help build client-facing measurement solutions that enable advertisers to assess the impact of their TikTok marketing on business returns. Project Intern: As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Design and iterate on measurement tools that evaluate ad effectiveness across signal quality, attribution outcomes, and third-party (3P) tracking workflows. - Support the development and improvement of attribution and 3P measurement products, enhancing accuracy, scalability, and usability of performance insights. - Drive ad solutions that maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), leveraging data insights to continuously improve product performance and adapt to evolving advertiser needs. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Signal, Attribution, Optimization, Insights, and vertical product teams to align on measurement strategy and execution. - Analyze complex business problems to identify high-impact opportunities, and prioritize features that improve measurement fidelity, advertiser trust, and overall user experience. - Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development by defining clear goals, success metrics, and milestones; partner with stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields. - Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems - Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity - Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment - Must be able to commit to at least 12-week full-time work period in 2026 Preferred Qualifications: - A heavy user of internet products, curious and passionate about product design and user experience; prior product-related internship or project experience is a plus - Experience in ads monetization business and ecosystem - Experience working with data teams and other technical teams - Academic background in computer science or related fields, with technical experience or project work preferred By submitting an application for this role, you accept and agree to our global applicant privacy policy, which may be accessed here: https://careers.tiktok.com/legal/privacy

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $35- $55.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
