Responsibilities
About the team We are the Indonesia TikTok Shop by Tokopedia Semi-Consignment team, committed to helping small and medium-sized sellers without extensive e-commerce operation capabilities better succeed on TikTok Shop through operational actions such as managing subsidies, creator matchmaking, and ads. Roles & Responsibilities: - Being part of Semi-consignment team’s Creator Management function, you will be directly driving relationship management with our Creator networks, including hands-on pitching and engagement with target Creators, as well as managing a team of front-line agents who will be managing Creators day-to-day; - Responsible for managed Creator's Live GMV growth, including scaling up Affiliate Live match-making capability through effective TPA/BPO management, pitching and sampling process improvement, and coordination with assortment/subsidy/ads to drive sustainable GMV growth and conduct Top Creator Live Sessions during campaign periods to maximum GMV for peak day ; - Drive improvement in 1on1-based, group-chat-based Creator engagement and offline Top Creator matchmaking, aiming to increase target Creator's response rate and acceptance rate for our pitching efforts; - Drive improvement in target Creator and target assortment match-making, aiming to increase per Creator content production and GMV generations;
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or above - 2 years+ of experience in E-commerce Affiliate / Creator operations, preferably have prior experience managing match-making for small and medium sized Sellers; - Have great understanding of Video and Live based E-commerce, experiences with managing Creator Live sessions is preferred; - Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English Preferred Qualifications: - Driven and detail oriented, have strong motivation to achieve execution excellence - A great team player, especially in coordinating with XFN team members. Prior experience in managing TPA, BPO, or interns is preferred;
