Responsibilities
About Team Join our TikTok Shop Partnership (TSP) team as we shape the future of social commerce. This team is responsible for incubating and scaling creator agencies (CAP/TAP) in the UK TikTok Shop ecosystem, with the mandate to build a healthy, high-quality agency supply that powers sustainable creator and GMV growth. About the role The successful candidate will be owning the strategy, sourcing, onboarding, and incubation of creator agencies in the UK market. The role requires both strategic agency design and hands-on operational execution to take agencies from initial onboarding to scaled, self-sufficient growth. Responsibilities - Agency incubation (0→1): Source, recruit, and incubate new creator agencies in the UK market. Build the end-to-end agency onboarding playbook from scratch, including selection criteria, ramp-up programs, and milestone-based incentives. - Healthy supply growth: Expand the healthy agency supply pool by identifying high-potential agencies, structuring tiered growth paths, and ensuring sustainable creator output across performance dimensions (creator productivity, GMV contribution, content quality, retention). - Agency capability building (1→N): Design and deliver structured enablement programs — including operational playbooks, content frameworks, platform tool training, policy consultation, and community management — to accelerate agency maturity and reduce time-to-scale. - Strategy & growth design: Define UK-specific creator agency growth strategy aligned with TTS business priorities. Identify scalable opportunities, set clear OKRs and prioritisation frameworks, and translate strategy into executable operating plans. - Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with category, product, policy, training, and creator ops teams to unlock agency-side blockers, secure resource support, and drive joint initiatives. - Performance monitoring & optimisation: Continuously track agency onboarding funnel, creator activation, GMV output, and supply health metrics. Use data-driven insights to iterate on incubation playbooks and improve agency ROI.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years in consulting, strategy, data-driven operations, or e-commerce ecosystem roles. - Strong understanding of creator/merchant growth logic, business models, and e-commerce operational processes. - Solid analytical skills and structured problem-solving ability, strong sense of data. - Self-driven, structured, and adaptable, with the ability to independently manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. - Goal-oriented with strong execution and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with e-commerce service providers, MCNs, creator agencies, or platform ecosystems is a plus. - In-depth understanding of the UK creator economy and TikTok ecosystem; existing relationships with UK creator agencies a strong plus. - Prior experience scaling agency networks (recruitment + incubation + retention) at a content platform or marketplace. - Strong communication skills across audiences — from agency principals to internal leadership. - Comfort with both strategic narrative-building and operational rigor .
