About the Team The TikTok Shop US Creator & Partner organization is responsible for building and scaling a good creator commerce ecosystem that drives long-term GMV growth, creator success, and merchant value. Our team partners across creators, agencies, merchants, and cross-functional stakeholders to incubate high-potential creators, scale affiliate content supply, and develop strategic creator growth programs across TikTok Shop. With over 1 billion global users, TikTok is redefining how discovery, entertainment, and commerce intersect. We are looking for entrepreneurial and strategic operators who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about creator ecosystems, content commerce, and scalable growth programs. About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Scale Creator Manager to lead creator incubation, community growth, and affiliate content strategy across TikTok Shop creator programs. This role will focus on identifying, onboarding, educating, and scaling high-potential creators through community-based incubation programs, creator incentives, agency partnerships, and merchant collaboration. The ideal candidate combines strong creator ecosystem knowledge with operational rigor, data-driven decision making, and the ability to execute scalable creator growth strategies. You will play a critical role in growing creator GMV, affiliate content supply, creator retention, and creator tier progression while helping merchants and partners connect with emerging creators at scale. Responsibilities: - Own and manage creator incubation programs focused on scaling high-potential TikTok Shop affiliate creators across one or more verticals. - Build and execute creator growth strategies to drive creator activation, retention, content supply, and GMV growth. - Develop scalable creator community programs, onboarding flows, educational programming, and engagement initiatives to support creator success. - Partner with creator agencies, merchant partners, and cross-functional teams to co-incubate creators and scale affiliate ecosystem growth. - Design and execute creator incentive programs including Free Sample Campaigns (FSCs), creator tasks, commission boosts, and leaderboard campaigns. - Analyze creator performance data and ecosystem trends to identify growth opportunities, optimize program strategy, and improve creator conversion and retention. - Track and report key creator ecosystem metrics including creator activation, GMV, content supply, sample fulfillment, creator tier progression, and affiliate performance. - Collaborate with Category, Operations, Product, Governance, and Data teams to improve creator experience, ecosystem, and program scalability. - Build operational workflows, creator communications, dashboards, and scalable systems to support large creator communities and high-volume creator operations. - Maintain strong understanding of creator behavior, affiliate commerce trends, TikTok Shop ecosystem dynamics, and content best practices across relevant verticals. - Support creator escalations, policy education, and ecosystem health initiatives while improving creator trust and long-term retention. - Identify and pilot new growth opportunities, community strategies, educational programs, and ecosystem partnerships to accelerate creator success.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, creator operations, community management, or digital marketing. - Strong analytical and operational skillset with experience using performance metrics to drive decision-making and program optimization. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills. - Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to build scalable processes from the ground up. Preferred Qualifications: - Deep understanding of creator ecosystems, affiliate commerce, TikTok Shop, livestream commerce, or social commerce platforms. - Experience managing creator communities, creator growth programs, or affiliate ecosystems at scale. - Experience working with agencies, merchants, or strategic partners to drive creator or affiliate growth. - Familiarity with creator incentive structures, sampling programs, affiliate campaigns, or performance marketing. - Experience using analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms. - Experience with content strategy, short-form video ecosystems, or creator monetization programs. - Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building new programs, operational systems, or scalable growth initiatives.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $209380 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
