Responsibilities
The Operations Strategy & Planning team is responsible for driving scale, standardisation, execution quality, and cost efficiency across TikTok’s Content Operations function. This role involves driving the operating model, process excellence, capacity planning, and OKR governance that enables the platform to manage content growth priorities while maintaining accuracy, speed, and efficiency. This team partners closely with Content Verticals, Regional Operations, PGC Product, Engineering, Data Science, and other XFN teams to ensure operations are data-driven, future-proofed, and continuously improving. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the long-term operational efficiency strategy for EMEA Content Operations. - Build and evolve scalable operating models to support growth in content volume, markets, and policy complexity. - Make data-driven trade-offs across quality, speed, cost, and risk. - Own end-to-end process design, optimisation, and documentation across moderation, appeals, escalations, and specialised workflows. - Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methods to reduce waste, rework, and latency. - Deliver continuous improvement initiatives with measurable gains in efficiency and quality. - Develop and maintain regional capacity plans, forecasts, and workload models. - Support budgeting and ROI analysis with clear, actionable insights. - Coordinate and operationalise the annual and quarterly OKR planning and reporting cycle. - Define, track, and improve core operational efficiency KPIs (e.g. cost per decision, handle time, automation rate).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business analytics, operation analysis, or related fields. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and presentation (e.g., Excel, SQL). - Structured thinker with the ability to balance big-picture strategy and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: - Fast learner with strong intellectual curiosity and a passion for driving business impact in a dynamic environment. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to drive projects and deliver results.
