Pangle is the ad network of TikTok for Business, helping mobile developers accelerate growth, deliver engaging ad experiences, and maximize revenue by accessing TikTok's global advertising demand. Operating in more than 36 countries and regions, Pangle has built a strong reputation for driving measurable results for app partners worldwide. The Pangle SIA (Signal, Identity, Attribution) team builds the foundational infrastructure that powers measurement, targeting, and optimization across TikTok for Business's global ads network ecosystem. As part of Pangle, TikTok’s performance advertising network, we develop large-scale systems that enable advertisers and partners to better understand user engagement, campaign effectiveness, and cross-platform ad performance in a privacy-aware and reliable way. Our team focuses on building highly scalable real-time and offline infrastructure for signal processing, identity resolution, attribution, conversion measurement, and ads data intelligence. We work on distributed systems and machine learning infrastructure that support critical advertising capabilities including ads delivery optimization, attribution accuracy, event processing, and performance analytics. Our platforms serve as core building blocks for advertisers, measurement partners, and internal ML systems across global business products. As part of the team, you will: - Design and build large-scale backend services for signal ingestion, identity matching, attribution, and ads measurement that directly power ads delivery and business growth. - Develop scalable real-time and batch data pipelines that maximize the value of first-party and third-party signals across global advertising traffic. - Build foundational data and ML infrastructure that supports audience systems, ads ranking, conversion optimization, and performance measurement. - Apply both strong backend engineering and data-driven thinking to improve signal quality, system reliability, model effectiveness, and business outcomes. - Leverage AI agents and LLM-powered automation to improve signal processing, data operations, optimization workflows, and engineering productivity across the Pangle ecosystem.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field - 2+ years of experience in software development (backend services) or infrastructure engineering - Strong coding skills in one or more languages (e.g., Go, Python, C++, Java) - Solid understanding of distributed systems, backend architectures, and data processing frameworks - Ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively across teams - Strong interest in adopting and leveraging AI technologies, including LLMs and AI agents, to accelerate software development, improve operational efficiency, and drive engineering innovation and productivity Preferred Qualifications: - Experience building or maintaining large-scale advertising infrastructure or similar high-throughput, low-latency systems. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to move projects forward independently. - Strong business and data intuition, passion for tackling complex problems, and proven ability in abstraction, project execution, and innovation.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $156000 - $316800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
