Responsibilities
The Search Operations team aims to improve search user experience, contribute significant DAU impact to the products and drive for increase in traffic and GMV. This role involves reading, viewing, listening and examining user-generated content to ensure they comply with community guidelines. - Collaborate closely with Product, Algorithm, and Labeling Delivery teams to align with business objectives; ensure that labeling strategies and evaluation frameworks effectively drive model performance and provide strong requirements analysis support. - Lead the triage, evaluation, and priority management of incoming labeling and evaluation requests; formulate robust data strategies, establish high-quality standards and QA mechanisms, and proactively identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks. - Track and manage project timelines to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of data requests; build continuous feedback loops and streamline request handling workflows to enhance the stability and precision of overall labeling outputs. - Drive the development of automated labeling and evaluation workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks and scale up operational efficiency. - Stay at the forefront of cutting-edge industry methodologies for model training and evaluation; institutionalize reusable strategies and industry-standard dataset specifications to continuously enhance framework maturity.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above. - Strong analytical reasoning, execution, and project management skills. - Strong experience in cross-cultural collaboration and managing global stakeholders across multiple time zones. Preferred Qualifications: - High learning agility and a proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic AI technology landscape. - Relevant experience with LLM prompt engineering and their applications is preferred.
