About the Team The German Content Operations team partners with the country's leading creators, broadcasters and digital publishers to accelerate content growth and scale on TikTok. Purpose of the Role We are seeking a positive, self-motivated, and highly organised Creator & Publisher Manager to lead partner-facing initiatives that enable informative creators and publishers to accelerate content growth and elevate quality on TikTok. The role will oversee the rollout of high-impact growth programs and manage a portfolio of creator and publisher partners, helping them optimise performance, scale their presence, and increase the supply of high-quality content on the platform. Responsibilities - Build, manage, and deepen relationships with a portfolio of creators, public figures, and publisher partners across tiers (top, mid, and long-tail), providing tailored support to drive success on the platform. - Drive account performance by identifying growth opportunities, improving content output, and increasing engagement, product adoption, and overall platform value for both creators and partners. - Identify and onboard high-potential creators, public figures, and publishers, leveraging targeted outreach strategies and incentives to expand the ecosystem. - Ensure active participation of creators and partners in global, regional, and local programs by driving awareness, adoption, and ongoing engagement. - Support and implement strategies that enhance monetization opportunities and non-monetary value for creators and publishers, contributing to sustainable growth. - Promote and support effective use of platform tools and features, providing strategic recommendations and guidance tailored to partner needs. - Act as the local market expert for Germany by gathering insights and feedback from creators and publishers, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities to inform product and program improvements. - Work closely with central, regional, and cross-functional teams to align on strategy, support business reviews, and deliver on shared goals. - Support and contribute to strategic partnerships, including content acquisition and collaborations with top creators, public figures, and publishers to enhance platform content and user experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in creator management, partner relations, or a similar role. - Strong understanding of the digital content landscape and creator ecosystems. - Fluent communication in German and English, with the ability to collaborate with local market partners. - Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decisions. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Familiarity with the local market and cultural nuances. Preferred Qualifications - Experience launching and scaling content programs in fast-paced environments. - Ability to work effectively across global teams and adapt to cross-cultural collaboration. - Strong creative instincts with the ability to turn product goals into impactful, community-facing initiatives. - Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
