Responsibilities
TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It delivers valuable real-life experiences and inspires users to explore the world around them. With the mission of "Discover great places, Empower local businesses" Local Services aims to be the most trusted platform to discover great places and connect local businesses. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth. Job Responsibilities: - Based on business pain points and priorities, develop solution strategies from a user product perspective; enhance resources, mechanisms, and platform capabilities in live streaming, short video, and other content domains to drive transaction growth. - Continuously optimize operational processes and product capabilities through user research and data analysis; be accountable for user transaction experience and transaction volume growth. - Collaborate with user product teams to ensure product requirement resolution and operational promotion.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of internet product operations experience. - Experience in transaction and shopping guide-related product operations; strong strategic planning and analytical capabilities. - Understanding of user transaction perspectives; ability to identify root causes, uncover opportunities, coordinate and integrate resources, and strongly drive cross-functional execution. - Willingness to work on the front lines; proficient English communication skills; strong expression and collaborative communication abilities; pragmatic and truth-seeking work attitude; self-driven with strong sense of responsibility. - Multi-dimensional data analysis awareness and capabilities; ability to effectively identify problems and opportunities through data insights. Preferred Qualifications - International background experience. - Experience in local services, e-commerce, or related industries.
