About the team The team mainly handles sellers within Tools & Hardware, Home Improvement & Home Supplies category. In this role, the intern will work closely with sellers in the Home Improvement category, supporting their growth from the ground up. This experience will provide valuable opportunities to develop negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders. The intern will also take ownership of the sellers’ business performance, ensuring their growth while maintaining the platform’s long-term sustainability. This responsibility will provide a strong foundation for understanding the principles of building and scaling a business. You will gain hands on experience in analyzing data to drive operational improvements and contribute to the department's business plans. You will also collaborate with the team to gather and interpret operational data, build standard operating procedures (SOPs), and support task setups for sellers. Responsibilities - Acquire & incubate potential sellers that were identified by the category - Manage and incubate mid and long tail sellers, leveraging on platform's resources to aid seller's growth on TikTokShop. - Drive seller's growth through category & platform initiatives


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. - Good analytical thinker - Comfortable with data processing - Eager to learn, hard worker, and motivated Preferred Qualifications - Good Excel knowledge (Pivot table, INDEXMATCH, etc) If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@tiktok.com
