Responsibilities
At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by helping advertisers connect with audiences through innovative advertising solutions. As TikTok continues to scale rapidly across global markets, the GBS organization partners with brands and agencies to deliver impactful business outcomes through creativity, performance, and technology. The METAP Agency team partners with leading Holding Companies and Independent Agencies across the region. The team is responsible for accelerating platform adoption, enabling business growth for agencies and advertisers, and strengthening strategic agency partnerships across the region. As an Agency Solutions Manager (ASM), you will work closely with Agency Partners, Sales, Product, Measurement, and cross-functional teams to support agencies and advertisers in achieving their business objectives on TikTok. You will act as a trusted consultant, helping clients navigate campaign strategy, product adoption, optimization opportunities, and performance growth while delivering best-in-class client service. Success in this role requires strong client management capabilities, analytical thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment. Responsibilities - Manage and grow strategic relationships with agencies and advertisers across the METAP region. - Partner closely with Agency Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to drive revenue growth, product adoption, and long-term client success. - Educate clients and agencies on TikTok advertising solutions, product updates, and best practices to help achieve business objectives. - Become a subject matter expert across TikTok advertising products and adapt recommendations to suit diverse client needs and market dynamics. - Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and deliver actionable insights that improve client outcomes. - Consult and coach agencies and advertisers on campaign strategy, measurement, creative best practices, and performance optimization. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes, workflows, and scalable solutions for agency enablement and product adoption. - Support troubleshooting, escalations, and issue resolution across the agency portfolio with a strong focus on client satisfaction. - Build compelling narratives and presentations using market insights, platform data, and internal proof points. - Stay informed on digital advertising trends, competitive landscape developments, and emerging opportunities across the region.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in agency partnerships, media sales, digital advertising, or client solutions roles. - Direct experience working within or closely with advertising agencies and managing client relationships. - Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken, is required due to direct engagement with Arabic-speaking markets across the region. - Experience managing and optimizing digital performance campaigns within an advertising agency or business marketing environment. - Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify insights, and drive business performance improvements. - Experience using BI tools and data reporting platforms to support analysis and client recommendations. - Proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills. - Proven track record of building strategic relationships with agencies, advertisers, and senior stakeholders. - Experience working with self-serve advertising platforms, auction-based buying, and biddable media ecosystems. - Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue and business growth targets. - Ability to develop compelling client-facing presentations grounded in data, insights, and industry trends. - Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions collaboratively. - Team-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
