Responsibilities
About the team The Merchant Acquisition Incubation team manages the incubation journey for high potential sellers within TikTok E-commerce EU. As an integral part of the team you'll take ownership of designing effective outreach programs, growth work-streams, thus empowering our merchants to grow and scale their business. Responsibilities: - Own merchant acquisition, responsible for new registered and sellable merchant growth - Expand and optimize acquisition channels (paid ads, CRM, agencies, events) to improve scale and efficiency - Build merchant segmentation (e.g. HiPo) and design differentiated onboarding strategies (commission incentives, ads credits, etc.) - Optimize funnel conversion (registration → onboarding → activation) to drive early-stage GMV - Develop localised strategies across EU markets, balancing scale and ROI
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years experience in e-commerce / marketplace platforms - Proven experience in Merchant acquisition / seller onboarding, Merchant operations / growth / BD - Strong understanding of European merchant ecosystem: Brands / SMEs / distributors / service providers - Strong analytical and strategic thinking: Able to design growth models (CAC / LTV / funnel conversion) Preferred Qualifications - Structured and original thinking, ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts simply. - Quick learner, proactive and resilient. - Strong team player, who takes strong ownership of individual performance, and ultimately focused on delivering high standards and results.
