Responsibilities
About the Team Governance and Experience is a global team aiming to build a safe and trustworthy platform for not only users, but also partners. We value user experience and work on policies, rules, products and systems to ensure quality. Responsibilities - Develop and implement IPR governance strategies and frameworks that ensure policy compliance and mitigate risks through both proactive prevention and effective response. - Analyze enforcement data, violation trends, seller and creator behaviors, risk indicators, and brand protection metrics to identify emerging threats, generate actionable insights, and support business decision-making. - Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to design and optimize automated detection models, rule-based systems, and workflow tools that improve the accuracy, efficiency, and coverage of IPR enforcement. - Work closely with Legal, Product, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to align on IPR strategy, drive policy updates, ensure compliance with reporting workflows, and coordinate timely responses. - Lead cross-market governance programs, pilot initiatives, tooling rollouts, and process improvements, with strong ownership of timelines, documentation, stakeholder communication, and implementation outcomes. - Identify operational and policy gaps, conduct deep-dive analyses, and drive scalable improvements to workflows, SOPs, and governance processes that strengthen platform integrity and user trust. - Build and manage strategic relationships with external stakeholders, including brands, IP associations, regulators, and enforcement agencies, represent the company in industry engagement, and stay current on IP laws, e-commerce regulatory developments, and marketplace best practices across markets. - Plan and execute industry-facing events, including conferences, webinars, and seminars, while managing vendors, budgets, and end-to-end delivery to ensure high-quality execution and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant experience in e-commerce governance, intellectual property, compliance, risk management, or a related domain. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. - Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL and experience using data to support decision-making. - Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive process or workflow improvements.
