We are seeking experienced operations professionals responsible for overseeing the overall creative needs of our clients, while remaining flexible to support other markets when required. From insights to production, creator marketing to AI-powered solutions, this role ensures the creative team’s contribution to clients’ business growth. Responsibilities - Drive the rollout and adoption of TikTok One, Creator Marketing, and TikTok Symphony in Singapore. This includes deep diving into market needs, identifying product USPs, and shaping localised go-to-market strategies. Accountable for end-to-end planning, execution, and business growth. - Own and deliver against the overall creative needs of advertisers in Singapore, while collaborating across regions when needed. - Develop and consolidate AI-driven creative and creator marketing strategies, translating them into scalable GTM playbooks, solutions, and frameworks that drive influence and measurable business outcomes. - Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, PM, RD, DS) to identify market gaps, influence product roadmaps, and drive product penetration, while building scalable initiatives to educate and grow adoption. - Coordinate internal resources to develop new collaboration models, sales enablement frameworks, and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and stronger alignment across teams. - Be a data-led creative strategist: deeply understand what works on TikTok across formats, trends, and subcultures. Leverage insights to consult clients and craft high-impact, culturally relevant creative solutions. - Build and refine data systems and feedback loops to guide decision-making, optimize performance, and unlock growth opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - Minimum 5 years of experience in creator marketing, AI creative products, or related product operations within advertising/tech, with exposure to SEA markets. - Strong understanding of product go-to-market (GTM) strategies and experience driving product adoption and scaling initiatives. - Comfortable working with data: able to translate data into insights, narratives, and actionable recommendations. - Deep curiosity and awareness of the creator economy, TikTok trends, subcultures, and GenAI-driven creative solutions. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Ability to navigate ambiguity, align cross-functional teams, and drive outcomes. - Self-starter with high learning agility, adaptability, and a global mindset. Able to collaborate effectively across markets and functions.
