About the team At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team provides integrated digital marketing solutions for brands and advertisers across the globe. We inspire businesses of all sizes and industries to grow their brand and customer base around the world. We work with brands of all sizes, be it SMBs, large businesses or agencies, empowering them to connect and engage with their audiences through entertaining videos and ad formats. We are a dynamic and high-growth team that uses a consultative sales approach to help our clients think differently about their marketing strategies. - Own the strategy and operations of brand advertising pricing and competitiveness — drive continuous pricing optimization based on competitive landscape, client segmentation, and product value to strengthen brand advertising market competitiveness. - Conduct systematic competitive research on traffic allocation mechanisms, pricing models, and product competitiveness across competing platforms; deliver actionable competitive strategy recommendations to support product and sales decision-making. - Develop deep understanding of brand advertising traffic mechanisms; co-build traffic-side capability optimization plans with Product teams to improve traffic efficiency and commercial yield. - Build and maintain core monitoring frameworks for brand advertising pricing and traffic ; conduct anomaly diagnosis and data-driven strategy adjustments; drive standardization and automation of pricing rules, approval processes, and cross-market price governance. - With the goal of improving advertiser brand ad creative quality and campaign performance, deeply understand AI creative tool capabilities and drive AI creative productization and client adoption in brand advertising scenarios. - Build brand advertising creative methodologies and best practices; leverage AI creative capabilities to help advertisers improve asset quality and production efficiency; collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on requirement definition and GTM strategy. - Drive cross-functional collaboration (Product, Engineering, Sales, Regional Operations) to ensure smooth deployment of product strategies across markets.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in product operations, product strategy, or business operations with an understanding of digital advertising logic — at internet/technology companies, AI-related businesses, or brand-side product/brand management roles. - Interest in and basic understanding of AI creative tools and generative AI applications in advertising - Strong strategic and systematic thinking — ability to break down complex problems, design frameworks, and drive structured execution across multiple workstreams; excellent project management skills — able to lead complex multi-stakeholder projects, operate in ambiguity, and drive clear delivery. - Data-driven with strong analytical skills. - Fluent in English as working language. Preferred Qualifications - Experience at competing advertising platforms in product, operations, or strategy roles. - Management consulting background with pricing strategy or GTM project experience. - Experience in AI/creative technology, especially creative automation, programmatic creative, or DCO. - Track record of building operational SOPs or automation workflows from 0 to 1. - A "systems thinker" — you see the interconnections between pricing, inventory, creative quality, and revenue; you design for scalability. - Strong ownership and execution — you take ambiguous briefs and deliver structured plans with measurable outcomes. - Comfort with complexity — you can manage pricing governance while driving AI creative adoption without losing sight of either. - Open and collaborative across cultures — thrive in global teams, communicate with clarity across time zones and functions. - Entrepreneurial spirit — treat every project as your own business, with the drive to create industry-changing impact. - Experience with AI product operations or creative technology preferred.
