In particular, the e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. The SEA Integrated Marketing (IMC) team designs and delivers integrated marketing, communications, and campaign strategies that resonate with diverse audiences across Southeast Asia. We build brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. From launching sales-boosting mega campaigns (e.g. 11.11 and 12.12) to optimizing user journeys and creating compelling narratives, our team plays a pivotal role in TikTok Shop's success in the region. The intern will have the opportunity to support our Integrated Marketing team in e-commerce campaign execution, including promotional tools, traffic tools, performance tracking, and project management Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities: - Assist major marketing projects, including mega campaigns (e.g. 11.11 and 12.12), seasonal festivities (e.g. Women's Day), and other initiatives - In-App Configuration: Support system configuring for key campaign tools (e.g. Voucher, Livestream, Campaign Microsite, etc) - Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using internal analytic dashboards, conduct performance reports, and provide recommendations - Stakeholder coordination: Coordinate projects across a variety of stakeholders, including teams (eg: Creator Management, Seller Management...), regional teams (eg: Marketing, Product...), and external teams (eg: brand teams, agencies, vendors) - Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-Commerce, digital marketing and industry developments to enhance project quality - Navigate in a fast-paced environment with high standards for accuracy and process excellence
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Actively enrolled university students who can work full-time 5 days a week for a minimum of 6 months - Fluent communication in both written and verbal formats - Excellent project management, time management, and problem-solving skills - Independent, self-motivated, having a growth mindset and a high sense of ownership - Frequently use and understand the practice of social media apps and E-commerce platforms in Vietnam Preferred Qualifications: - Prefer candidates having a solid portfolio of personal projects or work experience, showing clear project results and candidates' contribution - Prefer candidates with experience in digital marketing agencies, or in account management roles If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@tiktok.com
