Responsibilities
About team The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is TikTok's commercial engine, responsible for driving revenue by enabling the success of our global Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Strategic Partnerships functions. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful long-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities - Support the GBS Client Success team in driving advertiser growth through data analysis, client research, and campaign performance insights - Assist CSMs in analyzing client business needs, campaign results, product adoption, and market opportunities. - Prepare proposal materials, business review decks, performance reports, and strategic recommendation documents for internal and client-facing use. - Conduct industry, competitor, and advertiser research to support account planning and solution development. - Track key advertising product adoption, penetration rate, and campaign performance across assigned accounts. - Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and client follow-up. - Support the creation of case studies, best practices, and internal knowledge-sharing materials. - Maintain accurate documentation of account status, client requests, action items, and project progress.
Qualifications
