The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTok Shop's success in SEA. As the Intern - you will be supporting the execution of Mall Mega Deal campaigns by assisting with campaign operations, coordination, performance monitoring, and idea development for LIVE and Short Video activities. Responsibilities: - Support the end-to-end execution of Mall Mega Deal campaigns, including planning, creative coordination, campaign execution, and post-campaign reporting. - Assist in developing and implementing strategies for LIVE and Short Video campaign activities to improve campaign performance and engagement. - Coordinate with internal teams such as account managers, creator managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign operations. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, including GMV and order targets, and support problem-solving and optimization initiatives. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing tools to contribute fresh ideas and campaign improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. - Proficiency in Excel (Lookup, Pivot, Sumif, etc) and Word - essentials for managing listings, tracking data and collaborating across teams - Strong attention to detail & interest in e-commerce, digital marketing and campaign operations - Proactive problem solving approach and flexible to adapt to dynamic work demands - Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks effectively.
