About the team The Agency Partnerships team is responsible for growing and empowering TikTok Shop's creator agency ecosystem. We partner with agencies to onboard and develop creators, drive participation in platform campaigns, and accelerate short-video and LIVE commerce growth. Through strategic collaboration, operational support, and performance-driven initiatives, we help agencies unlock greater opportunities for creators, sellers, and brands on the platform. Responsibilities: - Process Optimization & Governance: Standardize and maintain the end-to-end operational workflows (SOPs) for agency partners; manage the complete lifecycle of agency onboarding, whitelisting, and daily high-frequency inquiries to ensure platform compliance and efficiency. - Data Analytics & Insight Generation: Lead full-scale data tracking and post-mortem analysis for all marketing campaigns; extract, clean, and consolidate key business metrics to build weekly reports and performance dashboards, deep-diving into conversion funnels and ROI to deliver data-driven optimization strategies. - Logical Execution & System Configuration: Oversee the complex execution logic behind mega-sales and daily campaigns; independently drive system setups for core operational modules, including product subsidy allocations and traffic routing (e.g., QR code flows), ensuring zero-error deployment. - Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Act as the central communication hub among Creator Management, Category, and cross-functional operations teams; articulate business requirements clearly to align interests and seamlessly drive multi-party, co-organized campaigns to fruition. - Event Coordination & Agile Execution: Project-manage the end-to-end execution of large-scale offline events and core marketing activations; coordinate multi-departmental resources and demonstrate strong multi-tasking and crisis-management capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, experience in project management, campaign operations, or marketing-related internships. - Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is a plus. - Strong interest in the creator economy, digital marketing, and e-commerce industry.
