The Agency Support team plays a key role in enabling TikTok Shop’s agency ecosystem in Vietnam, working closely with MCNs (Multi-Channel Networks), TSPs (TikTok Shop Partners), and TAPs (TikTok Affiliate Partners) to support scalable growth on the platform. This role focuses on maintaining operational excellence across agency workflows by supporting day-to-day partner operations, ensuring campaign readiness and smooth execution, managing voucher creation and activation to drive campaign performance, maintaining accurate and timely reporting to track agency performance and key metrics, and handling as well as resolving operational tickets efficiently to minimize disruption. Responsibilities - Provide operational support to enhance team efficiency and ensure smooth day-to-day agency operations - Support the development and execution of initiatives to expand agency coverage and performance - Assist in data analysis, reporting, and data management to generate insights that inform strategic decisions - Contribute to building and maintaining a centralized knowledge base, including FAQs and SOP updates - Collaborate with team members to consolidate insights and best practices for continuous improvement
Qualifications
