Responsibilities

TikTok Shop is an innovative marketplace fully integrated into TikTok. It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love. About the Role TikTok Shop is redefining how people discover and buy products. In Italy, we're building the TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) ecosystem from the ground up: agencies and service providers that help merchants win on this platform. You'll be embedded in that build. What you'll do - Partner Business Development: Identify, qualify, and approach agencies and service providers that could join the TSP program. Own the pipeline from first contact to onboarding handoff. - Ecosystem Operations: Keep the partner engine running — coordinate across internal teams and external partners to unblock execution, track program milestones, and ensure commitments land. - Performance Intelligence & Reporting: Build and maintain the dashboards, trackers, and automated workflows that make partner performance visible. If it's repetitive, systematize it. - Partner Cold Start: Work directly with newly onboarded TSPs to accelerate their first 90 days on TikTok Shop — setup, capability activation, first seller wins. - Merchant Opportunity Scouting: Support partners in identifying e-commerce opportunities for their sellers: category analysis, assortment gaps, GMV potential assessment, benchmarking.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Genuine curiosity about discovery e-commerce and where commerce is going - Bias for action and ownership — own decisions and act fast - Comfortable with data & GenAI- savvy — you reach for a spreadsheet or a prompt to automate and take informed decisions - Italian fluency — to communicate with local TSP partners, merchants, and stakeholders in the Italian market - English working proficiency — for cross-team collaboration with global and regional teams Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to marketplace, e-commerce, or agency environments - Familiarity with TikTok Shop, affiliate mechanics, or performance advertising - Experience building reports, dashboards, or internal tools By submitting an application for this role, you accept and agree to our global applicant privacy policy, which may be accessed here: https://careers.tiktok.com/legal/privacy
