Responsibilities
About the team The Money Platform supports a range of creator monetisation and commercialisation businesses across TikTok by providing core financial service capabilities, including catalog, purchase, clearing and settlement, payout, wallet, and tax. As business needs continue to evolve, many use cases require not a single feature, but an end-to-end money service flow across multiple modules. This role focuses on turning platform capabilities into standardised, reusable, and scalable product solutions for different business scenarios. About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager, Money Platform Solutions, to design end-to-end financial service solutions for internal business teams across TikTok. In this role, you will translate complex business needs into standardised use case-based product offerings, working across multiple platform modules and cross-functional stakeholders. You will combine strong product thinking with solution design capability, helping drive reusable platform solutions rather than one-off integrations. Responsibilities 1. Understand internal business scenarios, including business models, user journeys, transaction structures, fund flows, settlement logic, and compliance considerations; 2. Translate business needs into reusable use case-based product solutions that can be adopted across multiple business lines; 3. Design end-to-end money service flows across platform modules such as catalog, purchase, clearing and settlement, payout, wallet, and tax; 4. Define standard solution packages, including applicable scenarios, capability scope, integration approach, configuration options, dependencies, and exception handling; 5. Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, risk control, finance, tax, legal, and compliance to drive solution delivery; 6. Clarify cross-module ownership, system interactions, data flow, and fund flow across the end-to-end process Support internal business teams with solution evaluation, product fit assessment, onboarding approach, and implementation planning; 7. Build and continuously improve a reusable library of standard use cases and platform solution patterns Promote standardisation, configurability, and productisation to improve delivery efficiency and solution consistency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; 2. Experience in product management, solution design, or platform strategy within payments, fintech, wallets, settlement, transaction platforms, cross-border payments, or enterprise financial services; 3. Good understanding of end-to-end money flows and key concepts such as accounts, orders, transaction states, settlement cycles, currencies, FX, reconciliation, and compliance requirements; 4. Experience designing product solutions across multiple systems or modules, rather than working only on a single isolated feature; 5. Ability to translate complex business scenarios into structured product design, process flows, and scalable solution models; 6. Experience working cross-functionally with business, product, engineering, operations, and control functions 7. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and actionable solution documentation; Preferred Qualification(s) 1. Experience in creator economy, content platforms, advertising monetisation, live streaming, subscriptions, in-app purchases, virtual goods, or platform-based business models; 2. Experience in cross-border collection or payout, multi-currency settlement, wallet products, tax, invoicing, or merchant platform capabilities; 3. Experience supporting internal business teams with platform solution design or implementation planning; 4. Experience building standardised solution libraries, reusable platform frameworks, or onboarding systems from the ground up.
