Responsibilities

The Agency Support team plays a key role in enabling TikTok Shop’s agency ecosystem in Vietnam, working closely with MCNs (Multi-Channel Networks), TSPs (TikTok Shop Partners), and TAPs (TikTok Affiliate Partners) to support scalable growth on the platform. This team support the growth and success of TikTok Shop Vietnam's top creators through affiliate operations and creator management. Gain hands-on exposure to daily operations while developing ownership and contributing to creator ecosystem growth. Responsibilities - Execute and monitor TikTok Shop promotional support initiatives for category creators, driving GMV growth through effective incentive programs and delivering weekly performance reporting and insights. - Support the execution of cross-functional projects within the Top Creator team, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives and business objectives. - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across functions to drive alignment, optimize processes, and maximize impact within the assigned scope of work.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Actively enrolled University student - Good understanding on TikTok EC content, especially TikTok livestream/short video - Good understanding with E-commerce, especially regarding vouchers, product subsidy. - Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications - Having strong ownership and independent thinking - Proficiency in English and local Vietnamese Language is a must. - Strong in Excel, familiar with various Excel formulas - Having strong networking/ experience working with the E-commerce platform promotion(e.g. voucher) is a plus. - Collaborative and open to changes and challenges.
