Responsibilities
Team Introduction The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Responsibilities: 1. Support the full-cycle operation of new agencies on TikTok Live KR market, including agency onboarding coordination and regular performance tracking. 2. Conduct internal and external stakeholder communication, and assist with agency content strategy formulation and marketing campaign coordination. 3. Assist the team to execute customized growth strategies to drive the development of KR market agencies. 4. Track and organize creator and agency performance data, analyze content trends, and deliver data insights to optimize daily operational work.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business/Marketing/Communications or a related technical discipline 2. Strong internal and external communication skills 3. Possess basic data sense and logical thinking ability, with a data-driven mindset to analyze content performance and derive actionable insights 4. Expected start date: ASAP, able to attend minimum 4 days per week and commit to a minimum 6-month internship Preferred Qualifications 1. Prior experience in BD, business operations, live streaming, content operations or marketing-related roles, capable of summarizing and applying work lessons learned 2. Familiarity with KR market ecosystem or TikTok Live business or multi-platform content operation rules and trends 3. Rich cross-functional collaboration experience with internal teams or external partners 4.
