The TikTok Ads Product Creative AI team is seeking an experienced Product Manager who has a deep understanding of the online advertising industry and advertisers' needs, including experience in creative development, media acquisition, and advertising optimization This role is critical in providing operational support throughout the product development lifecycle and ensuring success across key products and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the generative AI landscape. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for building content understanding capabilities, including product understanding, advertiser creative intent understanding, and audience preference understanding, to provide high-quality contextual semantic inputs for creative generation. 2. Responsible for designing AIGC supply capabilities for creative diagnosis scenarios, analyzing advertisers’ creative delivery performance, and defining AIGC strategy solutions for different diagnostic results to improve customer adoption and effectiveness. 3. Responsible for building AIGC strategy planning capabilities, continuously optimizing the planning and selection logic for video and image generation strategies to improve generation quality, online delivery performance, and strategy diversity. 4. Responsible for building AIGC capabilities for advertising creatives. By understanding leading AI models in the industry and combining them with the business characteristics of different verticals, design and implement corresponding AIGC solutions and deliver high-quality AIGC creative content.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or above, majors in computer science, mathematics, communications, artificial intelligence, or related fields are preferred. - 2+ years of experience as a business product manager. - Solid understanding of artificial intelligence-generated content technologies, with knowledge of the basic principles of large language models, intelligent agents, image generation, video generation, and related technologies. - Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to conduct strategy performance attribution and optimization based on delivery data and user behavior data. - Strong logical thinking and structured communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and drive project implementation.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151200 - $311600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
