Responsibilities

The Creative Product Operations team empowers advertisers, creators, and partners to unlock the full potential of TikTok’s creative ecosystem. We support advertisers throughout their media journey by enabling access to creative solutions, production partners, and scalable content strategies designed for TikTok. As our advertising solutions and product ecosystem continue to evolve, campaign execution and product adoption have become increasingly challenging. To support this growth, the team works closely with Sales, agencies, and advertisers to ensure campaigns are effectively planned, executed, and scaled. The Advertiser Enablement function plays a key role in bridging strategy and execution — helping Sales teams translate product capabilities into real client solutions while accelerating deal conversion and campaign performance. Responsibilities: Sales Enablement & Client Partnership - Partner closely with Sales teams, agencies, and advertisers to support campaign planning and execution - Provide 1:1 enablement support to Sales pods, ensuring teams are equipped to position and implement TikTok creative and product solutions effectively - Support client strategy discussions, campaign planning, and tactical execution throughout the advertiser journey Product Adoption & Revenue Ownership - Drive product adoption and revenue delivery across assigned markets or Sales pods - Identify opportunities to integrate TikTok’s creative solutions and strategic products into advertiser media plans - Support revenue growth by unlocking new opportunities through creative product solutions Creative & Product Execution - Provide hands-on support for campaign execution and creative strategy development - Work with advertisers, agencies, and partners to develop custom creative projects from ideation to delivery - Ensure campaigns leverage best practices aligned with TikTok’s platform and creative ecosystem Strategic Pitches & Custom Solutions - Support Sales teams in client pitches and strategic proposals - Design and deliver custom creative projects and integrated solutions leveraging TikTok’s product and partner ecosystem - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure complex or high-value opportunities Market Insights & Best Practices - Capture market feedback from advertisers and agencies to inform product and strategy development - Contribute to market education through client meetings, workshops, and internal enablement sessions


Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s): - 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Creative Strategy or Product GTM - Fluency in Turkish is required as the role requires communication with Turkish markets & stakeholders, as well as fluency in English as it is the working language. - Experience working directly with advertisers and agencies in client-facing roles - Strong understanding of digital advertising, creative production workflows, and creator ecosystems - Proven ability to support sales strategy, deal development, and revenue delivery - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams - Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority Preferred Qualification(s): - Strong product and platform understanding
