Responsibilities
We are looking for a Marketing Campaigns and Creator Activations Manager to own the end-to-end execution of creator-facing product marketing initiatives that drive awareness, perception, adoption and usage of TikTok products. This role is a 6-months fixed term contract. This is a product marketing led role with primary ownership of paid campaigns across on and off-platform channels. It is complemented by creator activations, partnerships and experiential programmes that add credibility, depth and conversion to campaign messaging. You will work closely with Product, Comms, agencies, partners and the Global Creator Marketing team to translate product priorities into integrated marketing execution with clear, measurable outcomes. The role reports into a local lead, with close collaboration with the Central Creator Marketing team. Responsibilities: Product Marketing and Paid Campaigns (Primary Focus) - Own product marketing campaigns end to end, planning and executing paid campaigns tied to creator awareness, perception and product adoption across on- and off-platform channels such as TikTok, YouTube, Meta and Reddit - Drive scale and performance, delivering both upper funnel outcomes such as awareness and perception, and lower funnel outcomes including product adoption and usage - Lead creative and agency execution, writing briefs, reviewing scripts and creative, managing agencies and remaining hands-on throughout execution and optimisation - Optimise based on results, monitoring performance against core metrics and iterating on messaging, creative and targeting - Partner closely with Product and Creator Marketing teams to ensure campaigns are grounded in product value, creator insights and clear calls to action Creator Activations and Experiential Programmes (Secondary Focus) - Own creator activations end to end, planning and delivering creator-facing initiatives tied to product priorities, including partnerships, programmes, product education moments and selected events - Drive credibility and conversion by using trusted partners and creator touchpoints to reinforce campaign narratives and turn interest into action, such as sign-ups, enrolment and product usage - Lead cross-functional execution, acting as project lead across internal teams, agencies and external partners to deliver activations on time and to standard - Measure and document impact, capturing learnings and case studies to improve future activations and inform global best practice How You Will Work - Operate as a marketing generalist, applying strong fundamentals across messaging, creative review, execution and measurement - Coordinate and align stakeholders across Product, Comms and Creator Marketing, documenting learnings to support repeatable and scalable execution - Balance speed and quality while adapting to changing priorities and limited resourcing
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience - 5+ years of experience in creator management, content operations, production, or digital media roles within tech, entertainment or media industries. - Hands-on experience supporting creator onboarding, partnerships, or content-related programs. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders - Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational insights. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Strong operational skills in program execution and coordination Preferred Qualifications - Experience working at a global tech, content platform, agencies or digital media company. - Familiarity with creator tools, content workflows, and platform analytics. - Experience supporting cross-functional projects with Product or Marketing teams. - Proven ability to operate independently with creativity, attention to detail, and execution excellence - Ability to thrive in a collaborative, ambiguous, and execution-driven environment. - Experience working closely with XFN stakeholders Communicate responsibly.
