Responsibilities
The Commercial Partnerships Solutions team under Creative Product Operations team empowers advertisers, creators, and partners to unlock the full potential of TikTok’s creative ecosystem. We support advertisers throughout their media journey by enabling access to creative media solutions, production partners, and scalable content strategies designed for TikTok. As our advertising solutions and product ecosystem continue to evolve, campaign execution and product adoption have become increasingly challenging. To support this growth, the team works closely with Sales, agencies, and advertisers to ensure content projects are effectively planned, executed, and scaled. The Project Strategist function plays a key role in bridging strategy and execution - helping Sales teams translate product capabilities into real client solutions while accelerating deal conversion and campaign performance. We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded Project Strategist to join the Commercial Partnerships Solutions (CPS) team. This role is responsible for developing scalable commercial solutions that help advertisers unlock the full potential of TikTok's creative ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, product knowledge, creative thinking, and cross-functional leadership. They will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Creative, and external partners to develop integrated advertising solutions, commercialize new opportunities, and drive adoption of TikTok's creative products across key advertiser moments and tentpole events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, building innovative advertising propositions, and translating advertiser objectives into scalable commercial opportunities. Responsibilities: - Develop commercially scalable integrated advertising packages that combine media, creative products, creators, publishers, and strategic partners. - Partner with Sales teams to identify advertiser opportunities, shape proposals, and accelerate deal conversion. - Drive adoption of TikTok's strategic advertising products across key markets, industries, and advertiser segments. - Lead commercial planning for tentpole events, advertiser moments, and strategic industry opportunities. - Evaluate commercial opportunities by assessing revenue potential, advertiser demand, scalability, and business impact. - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, - Operations, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to successfully bring solutions to market. - Manage relationships with external partners including creators, publishers, production companies, and agencies to develop differentiated advertiser offerings. - Define commercial frameworks, pricing approaches, delivery models, and operational requirements for new solutions. - Monitor solution performance and capture market feedback to continuously optimize commercial offerings and improve future go-to-market strategies. - Stay informed on market trends, advertiser needs, competitor activity, and emerging creative formats to identify new commercial opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): - 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Product, Content, Digital media landscape. - Experience working directly with advertisers and agencies in client-facing roles. - Strong understanding of digital advertising, creative production workflows, and creator ecosystems. - Proven ability to support sales strategy, deal development, and revenue delivery. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
