The International Seller Team is part of the FMCG category at TikTok Shop. We are responsible for supporting international brands and sellers in growing their business on TikTok Shop by driving assortment, marketing campaigns, content and affiliate strategies, and platform operations. This intern would be learning how to build and grow a business on TikTok Shop, from the fundamentals to becoming a top-performing seller & gain in-depth knowledge and insights into the FMCG industry and e-commerce landscape. The role is expected to develop strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills by working with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Assisting the team in the process of acquisition and incubation of potential online merchants. - Managing sellers accounts. Tasks include seller education, problem solving, campaign status update and other operation related tasks. - Communicating with sellers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed. - Assisting the sellers during the onboarding process, tasks included educating the sellers, problem troubleshooting, campaign status update. - Other admin-related work and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (HSK Level 5) to communicate with Chinese sellers. - Background in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field is preferred. - Strong interest in social commerce, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn. - Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred Qualification(s) - Available for a full-time internship for 6 months By submitting an application for this role, you accept and agree to our global applicant privacy policy, which may be accessed here: https://careers.tiktok.com/legal/privacy.
