Responsibilities
At TikTok, our Brand Partnership Managers play a key role in shaping long-term business partnerships with leading brands globally. They act as trusted advisors, helping partners across different industries, by showcasing the power of TikTok’s innovative advertising solutions, and guiding partners throughout the entire funnel – from brand storytelling to performance-driven growth. Brand Partnerships Managers develop deep, strategic relationships with brands, inspiring them to engage with culture, connect with audiences, and drive impact in ways only TikTok can enable. We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and market-savvy Brand Partnership Manager (BPM) to manage and scale a portfolio of high-profile clients within the Food & CPG industry. In this role, you won't just sell ad space; you will act as a trusted marketing consultant. You will deeply understand our clients' business needs and translate them into impactful TikTok solutions. You possess a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (including other platforms), and the ability to position TikTok as a core driver of full-funnel business growth. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Portfolio Management: Act as the primary strategic partner for key accounts in the Food & CPG vertical, driving revenue growth and long-term partnerships. - Consultative Selling: Identify clients’ core business challenges and marketing needs, mapping them directly to TikTok’s product suite (from awareness to social commerce). - Competitive Positioning: Leverage your deep knowledge of the media landscape (especially other platforms) to clearly articulate TikTok’s unique value proposition and market differentiation. - Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance metrics and market trends to deliver actionable insights, proving ROI and guiding clients' future marketing investments. - Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends within Food, CPG, and adjacent fast-moving sectors to proactively pitch innovative solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or brand partnerships - Proven track record working within leading tech platforms, top-tier media agencies, or fast-paced brand marketing environments. - Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong capability to dissect client needs, handle complex data, and turn analytics into compelling marketing stories. - Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Italian advertising market, consumer behavior, and the digital competitive landscape. - Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Fluent in Italian and English language skills in order to communicate effectively with clients Preferred Qualifications - Background in International or local digital technology hubs - Industry experience in CPG (FMCG), Food & Beverage, or Pharma, with a strong network or deep understanding of how these sectors allocate media mix.
