Responsibilities
About the team The Fashion team drives growth across the fastest growing industry in Malaysia. We partner with leading brands and sellers to deliver seamless, engaging shopping experiences that make TikTok Shop a trusted destination for daily needs. About the role Support the Business Development team by coordinating the end-to-end operational execution of campaigns, projects, and business initiatives to ensure timely delivery, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment. Responsibilities Campaign & Project Operations - Coordinate the end-to-end operational execution of campaigns, projects, and business initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to established processes. Project Governance & Administration - Manage programme submissions, documentation, trackers, SOPs, and operational governance to ensure execution quality, process compliance, and operational visibility. Performance Tracking & Reporting - Maintain operational dashboards and business trackers, monitor projects' progress, and prepare regular reports to support business reviews and decision-making. Cross-functional Coordination - Collaborate with Business Development and cross-functional teams to align timelines, resolve operational issues, and ensure seamless programme execution. Process Improvement - Identify operational gaps and continuously improve workflows, tools, and processes to enhance team efficiency and execution excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - BS/MS degree in marketing related fields - Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem solving skills and data-driven thinking with the capability of distilling information for insights & actions, expert in Excel. Preferred Qualification(s) - Having project management and stakeholder management skills, with experience in driving complex, cross-functional collaborations is strongly preferred. - Eager to learn and always up to take on new challenges. Experience in fast-changing working environments is strongly preferred.
