Responsibilities
TikTok LIVE connects creators and communities in real time, enabling interactive experiences and new monetisation opportunities. As part of TikTok's regional management and support function, the Regional Headquarters is seeking an Ecosystem Strategy and Governance Operations Manager to support TikTok group entities across the MENAT region. The role will support the development of regional creator-management strategy, training, performance analytics, policy implementation and operational governance, with local execution undertaken by the relevant operating entities. Responsibilities: - Responsible for ecosystem strategy and operations across TikTok LIVE MENAT markets, including content safety, creator governance, and ecosystem health. - Monitor key business and governance metrics, identify ecosystem risks and business opportunities through data analysis, and drive strategy optimization. - Lead end-to-end strategic projects, including risk definition, root cause analysis, solution design, cross-functional alignment, and execution. - Collaborate closely with TnS, PTE, local creator operations, campaigns, and other cross-functional teams to improve ecosystem quality while balancing business growth and user experience. - Drive regional GTM and governance initiatives, monitor business impact, and continuously iterate strategies based on data and market feedback.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above. - 3+ years of experience in strategy operations, product operations, trust & safety, or related fields. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business opportunities and translate data into actionable strategies. - Excellent structured thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of driving end-to-end projects independently. - Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with proven experience influencing stakeholders across multiple teams. - Strong ownership, fast learning ability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and Chinese to collaborate effectively with Chinese-speaking and global stakeholders.
