About the Team Global Integrated Marketing & Communications (GIMC) within our Global Business Marketing (GBM) Team sits at the heart of how TikTok for Business shows up in the world, spanning campaigns, creative, channels and events across a complex global structure. Keeping that engine running smoothly takes more than good ideas. It takes sharp operational thinking, strong execution instincts and someone who genuinely thrives in the detail. This is a hands-on operations role for someone who is organised, proactive and energised by the complexity of a fast-moving global marketing function. You will support the Strategy & Operations (S&O) Lead in keeping GIMC's day to day operations running effectively, managing budgets, coordinating vendors, supporting project delivery and helping the team stay connected and aligned across workstreams. This is not a strategic advisory role. It is an execution role, one that requires someone who moves fast, follows through, and takes genuine pride in making things work. Responsibilities Strategy & Operations - Partner with the Strategy & Operations Lead to manage the GIMC operating budget, including annual planning, monthly forecasting, reforecasting, accruals, and financial tracking. - Own budget management across multiple marketing functions, partnering with team leads to monitor spend, identify risks, and optimize investments. - Partner with Finance and Procurement to manage purchase agreements (TPAs), contracts, invoices, and financial reporting. - Develop operational rhythms, reporting, and business reviews to provide visibility into budgets, marketing investments, and organizational performance. - Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, planning, and cross-functional collaboration across Campaigns, Creative, Channels, Events, and Marketing Partners. - Support annual planning, quarterly business reviews, organizational planning, and strategic initiatives across GIMC. - Maintain enterprise accounts owned by the GIMC team. - Support data analysis and reporting efforts to inform business decisions and strategic planning. Agency & Vendor Management - Support with the development and management of the Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and vendor agreements for special projects and strategic initiatives. - Partner with Procurement and central S&O to onboard agencies, freelancers, and vendors, ensuring compliance with company processes and policies. - Maintain agency and freelance rosters, supporting resource planning and vendor governance frameworks. Program & Project Management - Support and/or lead cross-functional marketing programs from planning through execution, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables remain on track. - Partner with S&O, Creative, Product Marketing, Regional teams, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders to drive successful program delivery. - Establish governance models, operating cadences, and communication plans for key marketing initiatives. - Drive accountability across stakeholders while proactively identifying and resolving risks, blockers, and competing priorities. - Develop scalable workflows and repeatable processes that improve operational efficiency across the organization. - Manage intake of day-to-day work. Marketing Operations & Measurement - Partner with marketing teams to establish measurement frameworks and operational reporting for campaigns, programs, events, CRM, and more. - Analyze marketing performance data, operational metrics, resource utilization, and budget performance to generate actionable insights. - Build dashboards and executive reporting that help leadership understand investment effectiveness, project health, and team capacity. Platform & Business Operations - Maintain the Canva Enterprise platform, including governance, template management, permissions, analytics, adoption reporting, and user support. - Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline marketing operations and improve team productivity.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Minimum 4+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Program Management, Project Management, Marketing Operations, Agency Operations, or a related field. - Experience working within a marketing, creative, agency, events, media, or technology organization. - Experience supporting budget planning, forecasting, financial tracking, and vendor management processes. - Familiarity with procurement workflows, contract management, Statements of Work (SOWs), and agency onboarding processes. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies simultaneously. - Experience developing and reporting on marketing measurement frameworks, KPIs, and performance metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Preferred Qualifications - Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and initiatives from planning through execution. - Experience supporting integrated marketing organizations spanning campaigns, creative, events, communications, or channel marketing. - Experience building executive dashboards, business reviews, operational scorecards, and marketing performance reporting. - Demonstrated fluency in AI tools, workflow automation, and process optimization to improve operational efficiency. - Experience with creative project management, portfolio management, annual planning, and organizational operations. - Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. - Experience developing scalable operational processes, governance models, and business rhythms. - Advanced proficiency in reporting tools with the ability to analyze large datasets and develop actionable insights. - Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools and experience administering collaboration or creative platforms (such as Canva Enterprise) including governance, analytics, and user management. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $208800 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
