Responsibilities
Team Introduction Global Business Solutions is a marketing solution, including TikTok For Business, that naturally connects companies and brands with audiences looking for new interests and curiosities to help solve business challenges across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. We help businesses solve business problems across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests. Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling meetings and reserving meeting rooms. - Support expense report preparation and submission. - Correspond with external companies and partners via email in a professional manner. - Attend meetings with external partner companies and support follow-up actions as needed. - Support the logistics, coordination, and organization of internal events and meetings, such as All Hands, Town Halls, and leadership meetings. - Provide general coordination and administrative support for ongoing team activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate in Business, Languages, Communications, or a related field. - Proficiency in the following languages: English and Japanese. Fluency in written and spoken Japanese is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Japanese-speaking markets. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Professional and responsible approach to handling administrative tasks.
