Responsibilities

About the team The Business and Partnership Management team ("BPM") at Trust and Safety is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations performance of the extended workforce across the region. The team makes it agile and efficient for the T&S team to engage with our suppliers, providing on-boarding, training, standards, and guidelines to keep our community safe. Responsibilities - You will work within a global team of Commercial Management and Contract Program Managers, and assist a Commercial Management and Contracts Global Head. - You will supervise the overall commercial relationships with internal stakeholders and Partners. - You will own commercial contracts per Region and/or per Line of Business, from the initial business discussion to signatures. - You will request Partners to implement commercial requirements, and implement corrective actions if you observe some deviation from their contracts. - You will demonstrate business leadership at the time of the Sourcing cycle, set expectations with Procurement and Legal teams, and own Compliance in terms of process, policy and transparency to stakeholders. - You will optimise agreements, pricing models, and overall spend management via a realistic understanding of Operations and Commercial Management. - You will nurture existing and/or new commercial relationships with Partners, aiming to profitable business models for both Parties within an excellent commercial execution. - You will be the owner of Statement of Works, Change Orders, Amendments, Benchmarks, updating and drafting Terms & Conditions, optimising business models via Change Management procedure. - You will report to & assist a Commercial Management and Contracts Global Head in charge of your learning curve and future performances.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years of work experience in Commercial Management (Sourcing, Procurement, Pricing, Contracts, Invoices), Contract Management and global agreements with service providers - Proven track record in a varied and changing Commercial & Operations environment - Strong experience in working with cross functional stakeholders and the ability to work with senior stakeholders globally along with strong partnership on complex matters with corporate functions (Procurement, Legal, Finance), Operations Managers, and Service Providers - Strong experience in shaping and executing the commercial model to sustain operations & business growth - Excellent communication in both written and spoken English. Preferred Qualifications - Analytical and the ability to make decisions from facts and data.
