The TikTok ADSO (AI Data Service and Operations) team provides core data services and operational support for AI model training, evaluation, and optimization. By building high-quality and standardized data production systems and establishing a globally scalable and lean operating model, we provide stable, scalable, and cost-effective data support for the continuous improvement of AI capabilities across TikTok products, enabling AI technologies to be deeply applied to complex business scenarios. You will collaborate with leading algorithm, product, and engineering teams and gain practical insight into how AI is applied to real-world business scenarios. Responsibilities - Participate in developing and continuously improving data quality standards, evaluation criteria, and acceptance guidelines for large language model (LLM) training and evaluation scenarios. - Review and evaluate data outputs based on established quality standards, identify issues, and drive corrective actions to ensure data accuracy and consistency. - Deeply participate in the assessment and discussion of complex, ambiguous, and borderline cases, and translate insights into reusable evaluation guidelines and knowledge assets. - Monitor quality data and performance, identify root causes, and drive improvements in production processes and execution. - Collaborate closely with production, product, algorithm, strategy, and other cross-functional teams to align on quality standards and strengthen the end-to-end workflow across standards, production, evaluation, and feedback.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s) 1. Bachelor’s degree or above. 2. Proficiency in English and Portuguese, with strong written and verbal communication skills to support the evaluation of local Portuguese-language content and ensure accurate understanding of language-specific context, nuances, and cultural references. 3. Strong logical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems, abstract and summarize information, and communicate judgments clearly. Strong attention to detail and a thoughtful perspective on what constitutes high-quality data. Preferred Qualification(s) 1. Experience in content evaluation, search evaluation, content moderation, policy/strategy operations, risk control, appeals handling, quality management, or other content judgment and operations-related work is preferred. Experience handling complex or ambiguous cases is a plus. 2. Degrees in Law, Philosophy, Economics, Journalism, Languages, Social Sciences, or other related fields are preferred. 3. Internship or project experience in data quality, content moderation, compliance, content operations, AI data/annotation, or related fields is preferred. 4. Proficiency in Excel and other commonly used data processing tools. Experience with mainstream large language model products such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Doubao is preferred, with a basic understanding of AI capabilities and limitations.
