TikTok LIVE is building a vibrant, scalable ecosystem where creators can grow their communities, engage audiences in real time, and unlock monetization opportunities. Creator Networks are key partners in this ecosystem, helping recruit, develop, and support LIVE creators. The US+ Creator Network Enablement & Strategic Operations team drives strategic growth and operational excellence across the creator network ecosystem. This role focuses on incentive strategy, business analysis, and cross-functional enablement to identify growth opportunities, improve operational performance, and support long-term ecosystem success. Responsibilities - Drive operational efficiency and strategic execution through strong data analysis, market research, and business insights. - Support the design of incentive strategy frameworks for US+ Creator Networks, including business logic mapping, incentive task design, metric calibration, and cost simulation. - Develop and execute ad hoc, short-term incentive programs to address evolving business priorities and stage-specific needs. - Conduct ecosystem and business analysis to identify key growth levers for the agency business, and translate insights into actionable enablement plans and strategic projects that drive measurable impact.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or above. - 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, strategy operations, or strategic planning within the tech industry. - Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations. - Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and related analytical tools. - Strong business judgment, ownership, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with content platforms, creator ecosystems, or B2B-facing businesses. - Experience in incentive design, operational strategy, or growth strategy. - Familiarity with marketplace, agency, or creator network business models.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $198360 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
