The Scaled Growth team helps businesses and brands of all sizes succeed on TikTok, delivering efficient, repeatable sales and service programs so advertisers can learn, launch, and optimize campaigns with confidence. We pair operational expertise and sales acumen with a customer-first approach, expanding access to TikTok's tools and products for businesses working toward their marketing goals. You will drive meaningful growth for advertisers at scale. Team Introduction: Global Business Solutions (GBS) is responsible for the global product commercialization related work, providing integrated digital marketing solutions for global brands and advertisers. This includes various functions such as regional sales, sales operations, channel management, commercialization strategy, B2B marketing, marketing science, commercialization cooperation, and commercial content security. There is an opportunity to complete a data and sales position rotation within 12 months, creating a comprehensive business strategy expert; - Based on business development needs and the company's strategic orientation, build an operating analysis framework and data infrastructure system for business health, and guide the business direction through the decomposition of goals and the setting of process indicator systems; - Regularly conduct thematic analyses and scheme reviews of the responsible work projects, conduct targeted analyses of core operating indicators and abnormal data, and output clear business improvement suggestions; - Actively discover the essence of business needs and pain points, find business opportunities, set reasonable goals and provide specific and feasible suggestions to promote implementation; - Calculate, track, and review business goals, key product goals, and sales team assessment goals; - Implement a comprehensive customized training system, with dedicated expert mentor groups to guide and facilitate growth. Responsibilities: - Bachelor's degree or above - Have a passion for the digital marketing field and maintain a high level of enthusiasm for it continuously; - Have a learning attitude and strong learning ability, possess excellent logical thinking, innovation ability, acute market insight, and project management skills; - Be able to use English as the working language, have excellent communication and expression skills, have good teamwork assistance ability, and be able to influence and motivate others; - Have strong self-motivation, resilience, a curiosity for new things, and the ability to judge complex matters; - Be willing to participate in the company's job rotation program.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s) - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, computer science or a related discipline. - Strong data analytics capabilities are required. - Outstanding reasoning capabilities and logical thinking, with mature problem-solving methodologies, the ability to independently deliver high-quality strategic solutions, strong learning and adaptability, strategic framework thinking, and business sensitivity and insight. - Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to quickly understand business operations and discover the connection between business performance and data metrics. Preferred Qualification(s) - Proficiency in BI visualization tools such as Tableau/Power BI is preferred, and SQL proficiency is a plus. - Fast learner, passionate about participating in business-related work, and able to adapt to a high-intensity, fast-growing work environment.
