About the team The Video Safety Operations Team is responsible for the review and enforcement of policies on Video formats across AMS (excluding US), EMEA, and APAC regions. Our mission is to cultivate safe, trusted video environments and experiences that are necessary to inspire creativity and bring joy. The team's global operational scale also enables focus on other critical formats - Photo, Drama, Push, Hashtag, Effects, and additional coverage for the regulatory workflows for T&S Operations on DSA/OSA. The team is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of video safety, through upfront demand planning and resource forecasting, daily operational management, and operational excellence to ensure high quality, efficiency, and cost effective operations. Responsibilities - Product Requirements and Delivery - Build and continuously improve an end-to-end requirements process covering intake, evaluation, prioritization, delivery, launch, and post-launch monitoring. - Translate business needs into clear, actionable business requirements documents (BRDs), including scope, expected outcomes, and acceptance criteria. - Partner with Product and Engineering teams to refine solution design, confirm launch readiness, support rollout, and track adoption and business impact. - End-to-End Project Management - Lead the full project lifecycle, from planning and solution design through execution, acceptance, and continuous optimization. - Define project goals, milestones, delivery plans, ownership, dependencies, and success measures. - Identify risks, resource gaps, and improvement opportunities early, and drive timely resolution with the relevant teams. - Process Optimization & Innovation - Lead process redesign, technology implementation, and automation initiatives that reduce repetitive work and improve process stability. - Establish standardized workflows and monitoring mechanisms to track execution quality and operational performance. - Turn proven improvements into repeatable practices that can be adopted across teams and scaled over time. - Data Analysis and AI Enablement - Analyze operational data to produce actionable insights for decisions and strategy improvements. - Monitor operational performance through internal tools and platforms, identifying metric changes, emerging trends, and likely drivers. - Identify suitable use cases for AI and automation, then design and drive the delivery of tools that improve internal operations. - Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration - Build trusted partnerships with business and functional teams through shared goals, clear working agreements, and regular updates. - Work with Product, Engineering, Policy, Operations, and Quality teams to define and execute moderation strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking. - Demonstrated project management experience. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities. Preferred Qualification(s) - Experience delivering process redesign, automation tools, or AI-enabled products. - Familiarity with agile delivery, change management, or operational performance frameworks. - Past internship experience related to the designing and implementing of quality frameworks and operational strategies. - Exposure to cross-functional/cross-regional collaboration.
