TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It delivers valuable real-life experiences and inspires users to explore the world around them. With the mission of "Discover great places, Empower local businesses" Local Services aims to be the most trusted platform to discover great places and connect local businesses. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth. Responsibilities - Strengthen brand awareness and market influence through product launches, integrated marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships. - Translate insights into the US market, consumer behavior, and user needs into compelling product positioning, key messages, use cases, and go-to-market strategies. - Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, creator and influencer partnerships, cultural moments, and experiential events. - Build strategic partnerships with international brands and organizations. Develop high-impact initiatives and industry events that generate attention and engage priority audiences at scale. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects from strategy through execution, ensuring high creative quality and measurable business impact.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with proven experience in global marketing and a strong foundation in brand and product marketing. - Strong understanding of the global content and social media landscape, particularly in the US market. - Deep interest in the food and dining industry, with a strong understanding of foodie culture, consumer motivations, and emerging trends. - Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with demonstrated experience managing international partnerships and cross-functional initiatives. Preferred Qualifications - Curious, resourceful, and self-motivated, with the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Relevant experience or industry connections in food and dining, travel, hospitality, or entertainment are a plus. - Experience working in cross-border, multi-cultural environment.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $258400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
